Jungle Cubs was a cartoon series that aired on ABC Kids from 1996 to 1998. The series follows the animals from the original Jungle Book, during their lives as cubs. The series is much more light-hearted than the movie, and has been called one of the few shows meant for kids that adults can enjoy just as much.

Oh, how excellent! I am a longtime fan of the Jungle Cubs series, and
I have watched ALL of the episodes countless times on my videotape
recordings. (My only comment about this page is that not all of the
episodes have been listed correctly. For example: Mondo Mungo comes
BEFORE Bare Necessities, and Splendor In The Mud is the tenth episode
in Season One, with Feather Brains / Benny & Clyde being the eleventh,
etc.) No matter... Anyway, I'm glad to see SOMETHING out there related
to this wonderful series. It is a childhood favorite of mine, and the
only show I am a bigger fan of is Nick Jr.'s The Backyardigans! |
