Personality: Alfie was always a little off in the head even as a pup his eyes would roll in the back of his head and it seemed like he had mini seizures. In reality Alfred was slightly blind, he was only able to see shapes and would have a hard time focusing on other animals when they talked. Alfred cant talk very well it mostly sounds like gurgles. Alfie is Shy, and attacks whatever makes a loud noise. Afraid of Thunder. Alfred is also very generous and knows exactly where he is by one quick sniff. His Sense of smell is heightened because of his blindness.

History: He was born and raised on the streets but when it came time for his mother to take her pups out of the shed they were born in and into the light Alfred couldnt see or keep up with his siblings. He was left behind and forgotten by his family. Alfred was taken in and raised by Tramp's father and they were supposed to be brothers but Tramp wanted nothing to do with Alfie. That was until they got older Tramp realized that he was being immature and that Alfie was a good brother. But that decision came too late, and when Tramp and Alfie actually started to bond a women split them up. She was a Mexican beauty, the spanish accent that rolled off her toungue drove Alfred crazy. Tramp with his charm and handsome physique of course won the the little seniorita.  

Relation to LATT: One of the dogs that tried to attack Lady in the movie, mates with Pedro's sister who used to date Tramp.
