Personality : Geeky , funny and sarastic. Everything that Chandler says is coming wirth a humor  also a cassanova too, he enjoys teasing his fernemy Chuck , his twin sister Abby and sometimes his girlfriend Didget.. But he is very sweet and loveable guy to everyone.

Likes : His sister , Frisky's gang , his girlfriend, making a joke , imaitate voices , his jewish heritage from his owners , having a fun and sometimes flirt with other females (before he met Didget) sometimes his mom beacuse he has no dad.

Dislikes : Chuck , his mom , the fact his dad ditched his mom and his sister and himself when they were newborns. ,  when people don't like his jokes and when females hate his flirting style and making his girlfriend Didget dissapointed.

Story:  He and his sister Abby were born in New england  to a female dog who had the desestand of Boris , thier father ran away when they just born so everytime they needed to comfort thiier mom. Growing up with a smothering mom and two jewish owners. The owners were fine for the pups but thier mom was such a hard time , they loved her and all but they wanted freedom. Then they met Frisky and joined her gang and everything was fine.. Of course every female pup he saw he tried to flirt but he failed... Then he met Didget , she was something for him... he tried to impress her , they began to be friends first but slowly very slowly they began to a couple and help eachother in thier relationship togther and of course with his friends and family too...

How he related to LATT :  His desecstands and his sister's  are from Boris 's. He is in a gang of the decestands of the pound dog from LATT/LATT 2 , Has a crush on Buster's great great great great great great great great granddaguther.  His timeline along with Frisky and the others are in 2015/2016  , so its very many  years after the original movies 's plotlines.
