Cher is a pup who lives next door to Scamp and his three sisters, but Annette is her best friend. 

Cher spends most of her time in the backyard, around asortments of flowers, or aiding her older brother Ace with any assistance he may need. She has three siblings: Cleo (sister), Ace (brother), and Draco (brother).

This pups personality is more outgoing, but she can be seen as a tomboy. She's a beauty, but with no class. Her brothers are the ones to blame for this as she is the youngest of four siblings. Cher and Ace got adopted together, but unfortunately they do not know if their either two siblings ever got rehomed as they did.
