Personality: Chloe is independent, sassy, smart and daring. She's basically a more mature and sassy version of her younger sister, Angel. Chloe likes living by herself, on her own, doing things her own way, she hates needing anything from others or being too fragile, it's not easy to bring her down. Usually, Chloe likes having fun and just be messing around, she's not a big fan of responsibilities. She's also charismatic and a bit narcissist

Biography:

After Peg was adopted and taken to a good house to live, she ended up getting pregnant from a unknown dog and she had many pups. Her oldest pup was a chubby and healthy female who was called Chloe, and the youngest was a small female, who was Angel, Peg's owner couldn't stay with all the pups and had to donate some, Chloe and Angel were adopted together by the same person but they were later abandoned on the streets, since then Chloe started to hate humans and living with them.

Chloe protected and took care of Angel, who was too innocent. After living by their own on the streets for a long time, Chloe and Angel met Buster, Angel didn't liked him or wanted to join his group but Chloe thought that Buster was amazing and decided to stay with. After this, Chloe started to live in the Junkyard with Buster and his gang, she loved living in the streets, running and messing around without a care in the world, while Angel hated it, but Chloe always did everything to make her sister happy.

Everything was going just fine, until a little pup called Scamp came to the Junkyard and fell in love with Angel, Chloe don't even cared about him but he changed everything. When Scamp convinced all the dogs to leave the Junkyard and after Angel started to live with Scamp's family, Chloe was left alone without her sweet beloved sister. Days after, Chloe looked for Angel and tried to convince her to leave the house but she didn't wanted to live in the streets anymore, Chloe got mad at Angel, she felt betrayed and left her with her new owners. 

After all this, Chloe continued to live in the streets and in the junkyard with Buster, she made other dog friends, and had a fun life like she wanted.
