Personality: Mostly quiet and shy/timid around humans for her old owner abandoned her and never payed much attion to her.Can be a bit of a flirt when it comes to older male dogs whom she finds attratctive but is loyal to the end once she befriends Buster. She only talks to those who earn her trust and does get jealous very, very easily!

History: Born in the litter of Angel & Scamp.Cindy isn't the only pup in her litter. She has three other silbings.Out of all her silbings,Cindy's  considered a runt, She used to live with Jim Dear,until old enough to be adopted at eight weeks old.It wasn't long for Cindy to get adopted from a young teenager named; Jen.At first Cindy and Jennifer became close friends until a guy asks her out /spending less time with her. After awhile of being ignored, Cindy eventually had enought and took off, so that she could go look for a new home but fell in love being a street dog. 

Along the way, Cindy comes across a lonely and sad Buster whom she wishes to help.After talking to  Buster asks her if she can join a new group of Junk yard dogs.She accepts his offer  as they became really good friends until more members start showing up.At first she thought of Buster as a brother but later on realizes he is a strong yet  indepentant, male dog.That's what she see sees in a male.As tiem passes by,  Cindy starts becoming upset that Buster kept brining in pretty females alot so she decides to get his attention by flirting with him. It eventuallly works Busters Keeps brinign in pretty  female friends decides who  to pick a fight with her. 

Buster realizes that one of his female friends is picking on poor Cindy and steps in. As for the female dog who jumped and attacked her, she got thrown out of the pack as Bust er realizes that he was horrible to Cindy, asks for forgivenss as she accepts his apology and start off from where they where.
