Personality: Oakly is the opposite of his older brother; he is very sweet and considerate about others' feelings. Oakly doesn't like participating in the gang's rough-housing games or torturous games to other House Pets. Kandas and him do not get along well well; Kandas believed, and still does, that his little brother was his parents' "favorite" and now takes his anger out on poor Oakly by yelling, teasing, and sometimes hitting him. Oak tries to bring a stop to Kandas' violence by trying to convince him that he was never their parents' favorite son, but, of course, Kandas doesn't believe him.

History: Unlike his brother, who ran away from home at an early age, Oakly stayed and became an obedient House Pet for a small family who's son was a feature friend of Junior. After a few more months, Oakly decided that he would be completely happy if he saw his older brother again, not to mention how his parents would fell to see their run-away son again, so Oak went out to search for him. Once he found Kandas, Oakly was expecting an embrace from his brother or at least at "Hey, bro, how's it been?", but he got neither. After approaching Kandas and calling his name, the yellow puppy whirled around to come face-to-face with the little kid who ruined his life back at home; Kandas growled and barked out a , "What are you doing here?" Oakly, terrified that his brother was going to attempt to harm him, dropped to the ground with his tail tucked between his legs and tried to tell him that he just wanted to speak with him. An argument was started, ending when Kandas yelled at his brother to go home and chased him out of the area. Days later, Oakly came to speak with Kandas again, in hopes that he'd listen to him and finally believe that he wasn't their parents' "favorite", but he came across Kandas with a group of other strays, around twelve in all. After introducing himself and stating that he would like to see Kandas, his brother told him that he was leaving and he couldn't come with him. T.P told Oakly that he could hang out with them and that Kandas always had that kind of attitude. Oakly agreed, but whenever he comes over to the gang, Kandas usually growls and tells him to leave him alone.
