Personality : He is the male version of Angel(Angel is soft and warm, Vicente is rarley time warm to his mother and his sister) , he is spunky and sassy and tough to his younger sister and he hates her a lot and his mother too , he loves his dad even he is evil . He is cold and evil and to other dogs he is a friendly soul but hates his mother and sister(he once protected her before , he was brainwashed by his dad)

Actor of his voice : Scott Wolf (Scamp , since Neandro have a greek version of Scott Wolf , so Vicente will have Scott voice but deeper and clear and little older version of him)

Likes : His dad, being evil , the junkyards , living with his dad, his mom and Scangel (at the beggining) and meeting friends

Dislikes : His mother and Scangel  , hates to do a mistake and being a soft 'wuss.' like his mother and Scangel  , being good to the people he hates

Story : Vicente was the older boy of Angel and Scamp , Scangel was the shy, his mother  loved him and he loved her and Vicente loved his dad Scamp a lot ,then Vicente acted like his dad and his dad was happy that he got a son to teach him how to be evil , Scangel was terrifred , she loved her older brother and Vicente liked to play with her and he began to hate Angel and her , then her dad called Scangel 'a mutt dog that looks like a rat.' and he protected her from her dad cussing her , he did a mistake to protect her, then Scamp and Vicente mocked Scangel and Angel was angry , so Scamp saw on the window that his daguther changed , Scamp said to Vicente that they will run away , the grey older pup smiled evily and they ran to thier home,  then a borozi mixed pup came and they adopted him to the junkyard socitey and tried to brainwash him and on the house , Scangel cried on her mother 's paws ,why her older brother and father hates her. Vicente was in his true family , Scamp and he will another mom and of course Vicente captured  Scangel's boyfriend and his father killed Angel so Vicente was happy and he needed another mother and also Belle became Vicente's mom and Daminan got back to Scangel and her family,  Vicente was mad.
