Occasionally, you get the handful of people who get a myth stuck in their brain. One myth is that Scra is Kiara's father. No way! I'm sure many of you on the site agree with me, but I just want to make sure no one does think this, so hopefully this article puts this rumor to bed. Right... lets see now..

"Nala could've got pregnant whilst Simba was with Timon and Pumbaa."                                                                            No she couldn't have, because she would've shown signs of pregnancy when she found Simba. You know, a low stomach, tiredness. bla bla bla. So that gets rid of that theory.

"In some scenes, Kiara's chin is pointed, like an outlanders."                                                                                                

 Well, it does in some scenes, but didn't nala have a pointed chin when she was a cub? Exactly, she could inherit that trait from her mother. So down the loo goes that theory!

"Kiara's fur is lighter than her eye shade, which is darker. This is like Scar's."

Well perhaps she has a gene from Scar. Maybe it occurs every two genarations. So that thory can scurry off too!

"Kiara likes to play in the Outlands..."

Come on, that's a pathetic excuse! So did Simba! He was a total daredevil! 

"In the books, Kiara's tail tuft is sark grey, almost black."

Again it's a trait. Plus the books are Canon, and fake. They even got Zira's eyes blue in the book! See, proves my pioint. (Sorry Kopa fans, but he's Canon too. Sorry again, I hope your not offended by this article.)

I completely agree with this theory. Again, little reminder that the books would fall into the semi-canon catergory, because they were published by Disney, though, not written by Disney themselves (or, it could depend on what books / comics you're talking about, some could fall into the non-canon catergory) But, yes, I agree your points are very valid. I think you mean the books are NOT canon. 'Cause they're not. And 'cause you were against all those theories but being canon is what those theories use as defense. "In some scenes, Kiara's chin is pointed, like an outlanders." Hehe. Indeed, in SOME scenes, not every scene. Therefore I don't get how it isn't obvious that is nothing more but an animation issue. ;D

Totally agree with everything here. Kiara looks NOTHING like Scar to me, and if Scar was her dad, she would've picked up at least THREE traits from him. :L

Sibhoan- I'm afraid your wrong. In the Lion King 2, it is mentioned that Scar wasn't Kovu's father, so by no chance does it make him his nepwhew. But it would be pretty gross XD

You know that scar was married to zira, well scars mufasas brother and mufasa is simbas dad, so when simba hates kovu he basically hates his own nefu. Plus, Kiara falls in love with her own cousin. How discuting!

Nice article, but I think you have the term Canon mixed up with non-canon, or -semi-canon. Canon means that something is official. For example, Simba being Mufasa's son is canon Semi-canon is basically where it's kinda canon, but kinda not. Such as the books Kopa is from. They are published by Disney, but they were not written by Disney. As such, this makes it Semi canon, because it's kinda official because Disney approves, but it wasn't made by them, etc etc. Kopa falls into this category. Non-canon is when something isn't official, such as 'Zira killing Kopa', or 'Ahadi giving Taka his Scar'. You get the picture xD So yah xD' sorry. I just thought I'd clear that up.
