Personality: Akida is a smart and good natured boy, all though he is a little shy when you first meet him. He has good leader skills, which he gets from his uncle Mufasa, and he knows the difference between right and wrong, also he has a great sense of justice. Akida tries to always be nice and kind to others, and this his father doesn't like one bit, and thinks he is way too kind. He's basically a gentleman, but still ready to defend his close ones when needed, all though he is strickly against fighting and violence.

History: Akida was born when Scar forced Sarabi to be his queen after taking over the lands, and she was supposed to give him a cub that would make a suitable heir one day. But as little Akida grew, everyone came to realize he was nothing like Scar, he was gentle and kind just like his mother, and wasn't even interested in becoming king. This made Scar furious, so mad infact that he tried to kill Akida, but Sarabi stepped in right on time and nursed the poor cub back to health. After Akida had recovered from the wounds his father had caused him, he began to grow into a strong adult, and then Simba, his long lost half brother and the rightful heir returned to the Pride lands, claiming back his kingdom. When he turned 1 year, Akida decided to move on, and start a life of his own, so he bit a farewell to his mother and half brother, then he set out the jungle, for a completely new life. By a strange coincidence he bumped into another pride of lions, led by Malka, a friend of his half brother Simba. After finding out his mother was Sarabi, Akida was welcomed to the pride with open arms and he befriended Malka's sister, Mikali. The two grew rather close together during the time of his stay, but when it was discovered Akida was Scar's son, the pride's opinion about him suddenly changed completely - all except Mikali's. She seemed to be the only one who didn't see a dictator monster's flesh and blood, she saw good in Akida and that clearly he was nothing like his father. And because of this, Akida couldn't help but start feeling something very much stronger than just friendship towards the young lioness, only to realize he loved her.
