History: When Akili and his sister Kanzi were cubs their father, Jaali, was killed in a hyena attack while he was patrolling the pride's territory, they were devistated, they felt hopeless and angry,but their mother, Maisha, sang a song to make them feel better and to give them hope. After thet they felt better,they were still sad but not as much, and from then on whenever they felt sad or angry they remembered thet song.  Akili and Kanzi are very close and love to go exploring but after their fathers death were more careful. One day met a couple of cheeta cubs, named Kasi and Paku , at first they were wary but then became good friends with Kasi and Paku, and they stayed friends even as they grew up and became teens and then adults. Akili and kanzi also had another freind who lived in the pridelands named isabella, who was princess of the pridelands, and went to visit the pridelands with their mother often. As adults Akili and Kanzi  would  teach the song their mother had tought them as cubs to their own. when Akili was a young adult he found out that his longtime freind Isabella, princess of the pridelands, was betrothed to him, and him to her, and that they had been betrothed since they were cubs and that was why him and his mother and sister were alowed to go into the pridelands. but Akili didn't mind he secretly had a huge crush on her. he soon joined her pride and they got to know each other better and fell in love, and he found out that she had had a crush on him since they were cubs, and became mates, and therefore future rulers of the pridelands.
