Personality: Stoic and closed, Amadi isn't one to talk very much. Some people think he can't, but he just chooses not to. It's rare when he does speak and it's often something worth hearing. He's a very kind soul, but it takes a while for him to get used to anyone. He's very independent and doesn't worry about anyone but himself. He may come off as a passivist and won't let anything get to him, but take it too far and he'll snap. It takes a lot for him to get angry and many stay away from him because of it. He's thoughtful and generally peaceful and is very bashful when it comes to lionesses. Underneath his usually hard and silent exterior, he's a really nice guy. He's sweet, kind, and very dependable, but there's a dark side to him and hates that about himself. He often argues with himself on what to do and whether it would be the right or wrong thing to do. He can often appear to have two split personalities- a good and a bad.

Likes: Amadi likes sleeping and being alone. He's very aloof and can be found thinking or staring up at the clouds and stars. He loves sharpening his claws on stone and fallen trees, and is alwasy ready to be attacked. He loves hunting with the lionesses and likes to try and outdo others. He is a dreamer and loves to imagine the wildest things.

Dislikes: Amadi sometimes dislikes himself and the things he's gone through in the past. He detests flies and hyenas, but he hates humans the most (read his history) despite his upbringing.

History: Nala loved Simba very much. She intended no harm or discomfort to him, but when she grew to love another rogue lion, she kept it hidden from him. One night, she'd foudn out she was expecting cubs, but knew that they were not Simba's. She kept her secret hidden, saying that she was sick and did not feel well throughout the first few months, but when things became evident, Simba grew suspicious of who the father really was. Nala tried to tell him that the cubs were, in fact, his and that he had nothing to be afraid of. But one night when Amadi was born, Simba immediately knew that Amadi wasn't his. Nala pleaded and tried ot tell him that he got his light colors and eyes from her side of the family, but Simba was not easily fooled. He let the cub live and stay with the pride, but he would not act as his father.

Nala was grateful that he got to live. A few hours after his birth, however, he began to grow still and soon became weak. The lionessed nad Rafiki helped nurse the cub back to health, but it took a long while. Nala decided to name her son Amadi, for she thought he would perish after he was born.

As Amadi grew older, he was smaller some of the other lions due to his early sickness and would often stay at Nala's side or stay with one of the lionesses. It made him upset htat he couldn't go play with the other cubs, but he loved being with the lionesses. He would often run away and climb a small tree and get lost in thought. But he'd get in trouble with Nala and the other lionesses, but they could never stay mad at him. He was a very loved cub, but he knew that Simba wanted nothing more to do with him and often stayed away from him.

One day, Amadi had run away and had wandered off toward his favorite tree, when two hyenas jumped out and chased after him. They chased him away from Pride Rock and left him there to starve once they'd lost him. He stayed put for a while, hoping that Nala or some other lioness would find him, but none came. A rumbling noise woke Amadi from his slumber nad a large green jeep appeared in front of him. Two large men with accents put him in a cage and took him away. On the way out of the savannah, the jeep hit a bump in the road, causing Amadi to black out for the rest of the trip. He woke up in another cage and was now beingn carried out ot a car. He heard the man laugh outside and listened in to his conversation. "Yes, I have the cub..." he said, "The Queen will love her new present!"

Amadi was then taken to the royal palace in Britain. There he was presented to the Queen as a gift on behalf of the African people. The Queen, however, did not care for him. It was a relative of hers that kept him and named him King. Amadi hated the humans and often tried to run away whenever he was approached, causing him to get hit a few times. He stayed there until he was a young teen, his mane now starting to grow out. Whe he was alone, he broke the collar that held him and began running rampant through the palace until he was shot with a tranquilizer and was pu ton a plane sent back to Africa. He was then taken out int o the savannah and then released. He didn't look back at the humans who opened his cage. He kept running until he collapsed. He then awoke again under Rafiki's boabab tree. Rafiki told him of how Nala had been grieving since his disappearence and as soon as he was feeling better, he should go back to Pride Rock to visit her, but before he left, Rafiki managed to hit him over the head with his staff. Amadi quickly made his way to Pride Rock to meet Simba. Simba wasn't happy to see him, but he let him into Pride Rock, not wanting to see his queen in such a state anymore. Once Mamadi was reunited with Nala, she became happy once more and, as thanks, Simba let him stay in the pride and accepted him as his son.
