Dislikes: being a orphan, loneliness, the other half of his family the outsiders, alligators, rogue lions, when his plans don't go his way

Personality: A care-free cub that's filled with energy and loves to spend most of his time playing with his friend, Simba. Nilo and Simba almost share the same personality and interests, but Nilo is a little bit more considerate of his actions. Nilo is very clever and creative for his age. He is the one that thinks about how to spend their spare time to avoid boredom. Nilo and Simba had a brother-like relationship when they were young. They were always competing to see who was stronger or braver. Deep down, Nilo feels lonely since both of his parents are dead. Seeing Simba go home to his family makes Nilo miss his. He has a dark history. He fears the other side of his family bloodline, the outsiders and he does all he can to distant himself away from them. So far Nilo tries to make the best out of life and to make good choices

History:
Nilo's history starts off dark. His parents weren't from the same background; his mother was an Outsider with dark brown fur and a sharp nose and his father was a Pride lander with warm, tangerine fur and a round nose. They fell deeply  in love with each other despite their family differences. They tried to keep their relationship hidden by sneaking away from their homelands to be together. 

This went on for a while until she became pregnant with his cub and her stomach was noticeably growing. Her family didn't take a liking to that. When she gave birth to Nilo, he did not look like what her family wanted. His looks take after his father, a Pride lander. The only thing he inherited from his mother was the dark marking on his head. When Nilo's father wanted to visit his new family, he arrived at the wrong place at the wrong time. The Outsiders disapproved of the father and the new cub and wished to kill them both. Nilo's parents were outnumbered but they were still willing to fight them. Sadly they died trying to protect their son.

Rafiki, the old baboon, had witnessed the tragedy and felt great sympathy for the now orphan cub. He waited ontop of a tree until the Outsiders left. He searched for Nilo hoping he was still alive. When he found him, he was hiding in a log still in shock and fear. Rafiki brought him into the pride lands hoping someone would like to raise it.

Eventually a lioness who always wanted a cub (but had no luck trying to get pregnant) took Nilo under her wing. She raised him as if he were her own and Nilo started to see her as a motherly figure. When he became 6 months old he wanted to play with the other cubs and earn a little independence. The first cub met was Simba and since their introduction, they have became very close.

Nilo lives a better life filled with laughter and joy and he'll make sure he keeps it that way. He still suffers deep pain from the loss of his family but now he tries to make the best out of life.
