Pride of Origin: Oasis 

Personality: Bahati is a driven young lioness, proud of her hertiage as a member of the Oasis Pride. She is very intelligent and will always take a while to think before jumping into any decsions. She can be quite snarky if she feels comfortable with someone but o those who don't know her she seems withdrawn and very introverted. She sometimes feels overwhelmed by the standards her mother set before her and her goal is to live up to or exceed what her mother did if she is to be a good future queen.

History: Bahati was born in a pride that lived in a large oasis to the queen of that pride. Bahati was born to follow in her mother's footsteps and become queen of her pride and from a young age was groomed in the customs and laws of her ancestors. She is eager to learn and accepts her destiny as the next ruler of the Oasis Pride, and all the problems that would bring.

When she was old enough, her mother cast her out with the other young females. She knew her duty, she had to find something of value in order to be reaccepted back into her mother's pride and then take her place as Crown Princess of the Oasis but her challenge was even more daunting with the memory of her mother's own time as a pilgrim when she found an entire plain filled with bountiful food to bring back to the pride.

But Bahati is notthing if not determined.

On her journey, she bumped into a lion and lioness named Rickon and Azalee who were looking for those willing to join their cause. Feeling sorry for them, Bahati agreed to aid them and put her own trial temporarily on hold. After all, there was no specific time limit for her to return and aiding others whilst travelling would prove to her mother that she was considerate and merciful, something prized in a future Oasis Queen.

However, after she aided Tanabi, she continued on her trial eventually coming to the mountains and home of the Kilima Pride. She stayed there for a while until she discovered a particular plant which grew amongst the rocks and could be used as medicine. Deciding that this would be her contribution, she gathered as much as she could until she was discovered by a young male lion. 

The lion introduced himself as Diallo and she introduced herself and explained why exactly she had encroached on the territory of his pride. He offered to take her back to main pride and she tentatively accepted. She supposed that staying the night would not be so bad and then she could return to her home. 

And stay the night she did. King Malka graciously allowed her to rest before continuing her journey homeward and she was very thankful for this. Diallo seemed to take an interest in her and she was quite flattered at the attention. However, she knew it was very unlikely they would ever meet again.
