Personality: Chakide is a shy little guy. He doesn't like talking to anyone who he doesn't fully trust and can be quite jumpy. Around his friends, he is a completely different little cub. He is confident and is always the one to help others feel better when they're down. Kide can get very down sometimes, and when he does, he usuallly goes to talk to Keisha, as he knows Nimbala doesn't like him.

Likes: Keisha, Themba, Chika, being respected, not being rejected and unwanted, being free to as he pleases.

Dislikes: Nimbala, Li, Farai, Nimbala and Keisha female cub (I don't now her name xD), being hurt, teasing, rejection, being down and depressed.

History: Chakide was born to a outsider female just after to arrival of Li and Themb, who were Nimbala and Keisha's adopted cubs and the birth of Nimbala and Keisha's triplets. Kide's mother was not expecting to have a cub, and didn't want one so she left the pride lands one night, having placed Kide next Kiara, as she thought Keisha had enough on her plate.

As he grew, Chakide became the best of friends with Themba, a female cub who was only a few days older than himself. He became incredibly close to her, but didn't really understand his feelings for her until he was older. However, Li, Themba's half-brother  hated Chakide and was very protective over Themba. On a rather dull day, Chakide asked Themba to come and play with him. Li jumped infront of Themba, and told por Kide to back off. Themba tried to get Li to stop interfering. Kide stood up for himself and told Li to leave them alone. Li, being a cub with an awful temper, snarled and lashed out at Kide, giving him scar under his right eye. Themba was horrified and refused to talk to her brother for the rest of her life (which she didn't actually achieve.)

Li and his friends, Farai and Farai's sister, were always horrible to Chakide from that day on at one point, Li asked Farai to scrath his leg and then he blamed Kide, and Nimbala was no help. He could see that Chakide had feeling for his adoptive daughter, and because of Li's horrid lies, he thought Chakide was dangerous.

Relation to TLK: Lives at pride rock. Has crush on Nimbala's adoptive daughter. Nimbala is the son of Simba.
