Personality: Dayo is a rather calm and peace loving guy who believes in solving problems not by using his teeth or claws, but with his head and common sense. He is not the most social lion you'll meet, he pretty much prefers the company of his own but he still knows his manners, and gets well along with other lions when it's equired. Dayo is basically your average nice guy: He's easily liked and he always helps those who need it, and he also defends the ones he loves even with his life if it's necessary. All tough he might appear a little serious sometimes, Dayo does have a humouristic side and he enjoys a good laugh every once in a while, and tries to live life at it's fullest as if every day was his last. He is a very good listener, so if there's something on your heart that you need to get out, Dayo's the guy everyone usually go talk to. 

History: Born in a small pride not too far from the Pride lands, Dayo was an only cub to two lions who loved him more than anything in the world and he had a very warm and loving childhood. He left his home when he reached the age of 1 year, and thought about starting a pride of his own but that idea was soon out of his head. He arrived to the Pride lands, and thought he'd just get some rest there and then continue his journey. but then the king, Mufasa came to ask him to stay, for the pride could've used some babysitters for the cubs. At first Dayo was rather reluctant about the idea, but when he gave the job a try he noticed he rather liked spending time with the cubs, and actually grew a soft spot for them. And then something happened that confirmed Dayo he wanted to stay in the pride, when he fell in love with a beautiful lioness who also gave him a son, Tojo, around the same time as king Mufasa and queen Sarabi had their son, prince Simba. For a while, life seemed pretty good for Dayo: He had a loving mate and son, and he loved both of them more than anything in the world. But when Mufasa and Simba both died in a tragic accident and the king's brother took over the kingdom, everything changed. The pride was infested with hyenas which the new king, Scar pretty much allowed to wander around freely, and all the food went out. Dayo felt like something had to be done about the dictator, he didn't want Tojo having to grow up in an enviroment like that and so he went on and confronted the king. Scar saw him as a threat, and ordered the hyenas to take care of him, so Dayo fled, with the hyenas fastly catching up. They attacked him, and badly thrashed him, but the lion managed to escape just barely. He got rid of his pursuers, and hid behind the pride border's until night fell and he returned to his family. His mate took care of his injuries, and forbid him to ever doing anything like that again, she couldn't bare the thought of losing him and Tojo losing his father. Then finally, after a few years the pride's luck turned when the prince, Simba, who had been presumed dead returned and claimed the throne. The war between the pridelander lions and Scar's hyenas broke out, and during that battle Dayo went missing, and no body knew what happened to him, whether he'd been killed or if he was alive.
