Physical Description: Grey-brown fur that is lighter around his muzzle, eyes and toes, he has a black 'Outlander' nose and chocolate brown eyes with a dark brown-grey mane. Dubu has several scars on his body: two across the bridge of his nose, one on his face that narrowly misses his right eye, three on his right shoulder, one on his right flank, one on his left front leg and one across his left side.

Personality: Dubu is timid, quiet and often depressed although occasionally he shows a more fun-loving side (especially when around Dafira) but tends not to stray too far from the safety of the lionesses or Priderock. Dubu is very scared of adult males and will probably panic when confronted with one.

History: Dubu was born in a small pride that lived on a teritory just outside the Pridelands. His mother was Spotty, who hadn't joined the Pridelanders after the final battle with Zira, she had instead been taken in by the Damu pride and soon after bore Dubu and his older sister Sela. Dubu was expected to become the pride's leader after his father and had an idyllic life with his mother, father and sister.

When Dubu was around a year old, two rogue males killed his father and took over the pride, they then set about killing all the cubs. Dubu and Sela hid for days hoping to ellude them but they too were found. Sela was killed in fromt of Dubu's eyes and then the males turned their attention on him, fortunately for him, his mother and the other lionesses arrived and managed to drive the males away.

On his mother's urgings, Dubu fled to the Pridelands border and was taken in by his aunt Dotty.
