Personality.

  Emem is as her name states; she is a lioness of love. She takes great care of her family and has never been one to cause a fight, although she can be  very protective over her pride. She is very wise and is often sought after for advice by the younger lions. She is like a mother to everyone in the pride and would do absolutely anything for her family.

History.

      Emem was born a few years after her sister, Sarafina, the two were like peas in a pod, nearly always by each others' side in their cub years. They lived a very peaceful life under the reign of Ahadi and Uru and they couldn't imagine life getting any better than it was already. Emem grew up quickly and turned into a very fine lioness and was a eye catcher ever since she grew up. It wasn't long before her sister had kids of her own , Bolanile and Bhekizitha (Nala's older siblings), and Emem soon wanted cubs of her own but sadly it never happened. Emem was born in a way that would make it very rare to have cubs of her own, so when that was discovered she was assigned to be in charge of the other cubs' which she gladly accepted the role and took it upon herself to take care of her nieces, nephews and even Mufasa's son, Simba. 

  Emem was heart broken when she found out Mufasa had been crushed by a stampede of Wildebeast and then her heart shattered even more when the young cub Simba was said to have ran away from the scene and was probably never coming back. She sulked in pity for several weeks but still put it upon herself to make sure all of the other cubs an teenagers were in a sound state so that they would never leave like Simba did, but this was rather hard under the rule of Scar. Emem was like a balance between the leader, Scar and his hyenas, and the rest of the lioness. Along with the help of Sarabi, they were able to keep the pride in peace before Simba returned and took the pride over. 

   Emem never let Simba out of her sight when he returned and she peacefully went back to taking care of the cubs as if nothing happened.
