I'm Essence, don't expect much of a warm welcome from me. Unless of course your Rafael. I don't really have much to tell you but I am 6 months old and I don't have a mate, my crush is none of your business. Cubs are out of the question, I wanna be a grown up though so people can't tell me what to do. I hate being told what to do, anyway, read on and get to know me.

~General Information~

~Personality~

Well for my age I believe I'm pretty advanced. I can successfully find small food on my own, such as bugs and grubs. I love to play games that involve strength or speed, but I hate to lose at anything. I have a competitive side but also a sweet and caring side. I pretend like my mother's death doesn't hurt me, but inside I'm dying. I'm sensitive and I don't respond well to being yelled at. I love swimming and I like to go and get myself into trouble. Danger is my middle name! I like to be in control and I'm a bit judgmental at times. I'm not quiet and I like to be the center of attention.

~History~

I was born in the pridelands a few months ago, soon Zira stealing me and escpaing back to the outlands. With me and two other stolen cubs. I was too young to actually know what had went down, being only a few days old. She raised me though, Nuka raised me to be fast, Vitani raised me to be strong and Kovu raised me to be independent. I began to grow attached to these kids who I believed were my family. One day though me, Vitani and Kovu were walking along by a river and I noticed our reflections. They were different. At first I was confused, but it didn't take me long to figure out that I was actually a pridelander. In the middle of the night I ran away, escaping back to Pride Rock where my mother was happy to see me. I spent 4 months with her and my father, glad now that I could make at least that much time in her life happy. For on one day, Zira and the outlanders launched an attack in the dead of night, killing my family. I was devastated, at first refusing to believe they were actually dead. But of course, they were. I wandered around for a while, all by myself until Sarabi adopted me as her daughter. Her son had died not that long before. I tried to make her as happy as I made my biological mother, succeeding greatly. Things were going good, I was getting new friends and even meeting other lion cubs, one in particular I came to like, Brafuma's son, Rafael. Me and Rafael began talking and soon we became friends, I don't want him to blieve that I have a crush on him though, even though I do.
