Personality: The only thing Fang truly loves is to fight. This girl will pick fight with the most fearsome of beasts, putting herself at odds with her own relatives because of her battle-drawn heart. There is absolutely nothing else that thrills Fang more than to taste the claw and fang of battle. When she isn't drawn into battle, Fang is sarcastic, hot-tempered, and is very outspoken. She outspokenly complains how she feels having Ikeena in the pride is unecessary, but she actually likes him deep down. However, she is far from being interested in getting involved with him.

Being with Abeni, however, has improved her temperament for the better. Fang's hardcore love for fighting and violence has settled down and even though the urge is still there it's not as much of a threat as it had been previously. She is still much of a cynic, but her love for Abeni has allowed her to be more kind to others.

History: Fang's parents were the former lead lion and lioness of their pride. Fang, herself, wasn't too old before tragedy struck. A harsh drought struck Africa, and slowly it killed off some of the older pride members, including her parents. Whether the premature death of her parents shaped her later personality, no one could be sure, and no one would ever know. Fang would never admit what she feels inside.

The pride wandered for a while, a lead lioness in charge. Fang preferred to play bodyguard, feeling that the job as lead lioness wasn't as exhilarating as she would've liked to be. That and Fang would've made a poor leader. They eventually came across Ikeena who had been traveling to find a lioness named Hania. He had no luck, but because the pride was in desperate need of a lion, they took him into the pride, and Ikeena quickly ascended into the role of leader, which Fang thought was ridiculous. Though she later began to develop a small crush on him, Fang still thinks he's too soft. She continues to play bodyguard.

Her crush on him eventually faded when she met a rogue lioness who was named 'Yellow' after an incident that left Fang incapacitated and far from her pride. Though 'Yellow' insisted she help her, Fang was not happy about it, but eventually let her. Fang treated the lioness with hostility, but eventually found herself falling for her. The two began an affair that spanned several months with Fang making sure no one else knew about it, for she was afraid of being rejected from her pride.

'Yellow' died unexpectedly one day, and it crushed Fang. Then she saw why - her mate had been protecting a young cub who had gotten lost. Scared of her sisters finding out about her secret, Fang decided to take in Abeni. She told Ikeena everything and made him promise her to keep her secret quiet, and that he would go along with the ploy that Abeni was his cub with her that she had been keeping out of sight from the other lionesses. Ikeena allowed it, and Fang tried to convince everyone Abeni was her daughter.

She managed to get close to the young cub, and Abeni told her everything about her family. Fang swore she would reunite the little cub with her family, and at night she would prowl to find them. Over the course of this time, Fang bumped into an old face - a gray lioness named Faith whom she had had a turbulent friendship with. Though the two were unsteady at first, Faith eventually wormed her way into her heart, and Fang found that she could not turn her heart away from the younger lioness. They began a relationship while still caring for Abeni. Fang did not have much luck until Abeni was a teenager where, by a stroke of luck, she managed to bump into the pride. She allowed Abeni to reunite with her parents, and Abeni swore to her that she would come visit her everyday, considering her like a secondary mother.
