Personality: very friendly, very playful, adventurous, doesn’t take his parents seriously as a cub, very rambunctious and hyper as a cub, loved to pull pranks as a cub, as a young adult he becomes mature and has the qualities of a good king,he remains a joker as an adult.

History: Kayode is the son of Chumvi and Tama, who had grown up together, and, when they were young adults, fell in love and decided to start a pride of their own, so they wandered the land for many days, searching for a place to start their pride, and gaining pride members at the same time, and through their combined knowledge of the lands were able to find a territory that had recently gone vacant, because of the king dieing, and the already shaky pride dispersing throughout the lands, joining other prides or becoming rouges. A couple of which joined Chumvi and Tama's forming pride, which is how they learned of the land. They quickly went there and claimed the territory and resetting borders, Chumvi and Tama becoming king and queen of the land, since it was they who started the pride. Soon, Kayode was born, he was not the first cub in the pride to be born, but the first heir to the throne, so his birth, along with his sister, Amaziah's birth-born just after him, were cherished by the pride.

Right from the start, Kayode aspired to be king one day, but he was very naughty and always getting in trouble for one thing or another, and he didn't take his parents seriously. All this changed one day when he was an older cub, when one of his pranks caused his sister, whom he cared for greatly, to be injured. Then he finally saw the repercussions of his actions, how he had caused many of the pride to become annoyed with him, which explained their ever increasing negative actions toward him. After that he stopped all of his naughty behaviors, not wanting to cause anyone harm ever again, and wanting to have friends for once. He paid much more attention to his father and mother's lessons, helped others in the pride out, and was overall nice to everyone, and slowly their feelings and actions toward him changed, and everyone liked him much better. He still was a cub though and was rambunctious and loved to play and had made some new friends with the other cubs of the pride, and together, like usual cubs do, annoyed the lionesses from time to time, but it was all in good fun.

As Kayode grew into a young adult, he became much more mature, and fit to be a good king, his parent's were very proud of their son. But Kayode 's sister did not share the same pride from their parents as Kayode received, Amaziah had been betrothed to another male from a bordering pride, whom her father wished to form an alliance with. But she had fallen in love with another male, but when she told her parents they were very angry with her and told her to break it off with the other male, but instead one night, she ran away with him, only stopping to say goodbye to Kayode and apologize for the trouble her leaving would cause. Kayode wished his sister well, though he was very sad to see her go, he wished for her happiness. When his parent's found out the next day, they were enraged and sent a search party out for her, but Kayode had known where they would look and advised his sister on where to go, so she was never found. The other pride still demanded a lioness to be sent in place of his sister. So Kayode's parents sent one of their best huntress’s to be the male's betrothed, and so the alliance was saved. After a year his parents settled down and grew to grieve Amaziah's absence and realized that they shouldn't have overreacted and just sent the huntress in her place to begin with, and thought she may never return. Kayode, knowing where Amaziah had went, sent a horn-bill bird with the news, his sister did not come back right away, but then after some months, returned one day with her mate, and much to everybody's surprise, young cubs. His parent's were overjoyed to have their daughter back, and welcomed her new little family happily.

Sometime between the time when his sister had left and the time she returned, Kayode grew close to his sister's best friend, being the only one's who knew where his sister was, and after some time, fell for her but did not tell her, after time they became great friends. And when his sister returned, she was happy that her brother had found someone. ~More to come when his mate is made~
