Personality: Kisasi is very quiet, she rarely speaks to anyone. She's shy and untrusting, but she's really afraid of being hurt and used again. Usually she's rather obedient, because she doesn't have confidence to stand up to anyone, but if she's got too much, she easily burst into anger and rage.

Story: Before Kovu left on his mission, Zira had him mate with one of the lionesses from her pride, securing Kovu's legacy if he dies in Pridelands and thus Kisasi was born.

Kovu only saw Kisasi being born just before he left and she didn't spend much time with her own mother neither. Kisasi's purpose was to fulfil Kovu's mission in case of his potential failure, so Zira trained her like her own kids before, trying to raise her in devotion to  her cause and hate for Pridelands. Things turned out different when Kovu betrayed the Outlanders. However, Zira did not blame Kisasi. She was so sure of her victory that she even brought the cub with them to Pridelands, leaving her in safe place somewhere near the battleground.

After the battle her mother picked her up, explaining her what happened. Kisasi was still too young to understand everything and she didn't learn to hate like Zira was trying to teach her, so she accepted the new stuation without problems, especially that her mother assured her that they will live in good conditions from now.

Kisasi, and her pearents had a little talk, agreeing that they will not tell anyone about their relationship. However Kisasi's resemblance to Kovu was so striking that some lionesses started askieng, and after confirmed rumors from former Outlanders, Kovu eventually had to confess that he had a cub before he met Kiara.

This didn't warm up Kisasi's realtions with her familly. She understood that she was giving both of her parents a "bad image". Kovu was feeling awkward about Kisasi, and they both avoided each other as much as they could. Kisasi's mother started ignoring her. She never really loved Kovu and she never had time to bond with her daughter before, so she didn't feel like she's obligated to protect her at any cause now. She had to live as "unwanted child", being judged at every step and having to deal with angry looks from other Pridelanders, especially Kiara and her familly.

One day some lionesses were picking on her. Kisasi couldn't stand being threated like a trash anymore. She attacked them in anger, but when she realized what she did, she just ran away to live on her own.
