History: Latiya is the second daughter of Simba and Nala, and she lives in the Pride Lands with her sister Kiara. When she was a cub, she would love to play around, and tease the poor older members of the pride, like Zazu or Sarabi, but she would try not to be mean to them. She met a young cub named Akobi wandering around the Pride Lands when she was exploring one day. Akobi and Latiya met up every day after that, to play together secretly, as it turned out Akobi being looked after by the evil lioness Zira, and he didn't like to be in the Pride Lands too much. Over time, Latiya developed a crush on this brown lion, but he wouldn't get any hints Latiya threw at him. When they were older, Akobi eventually found his feelings for her. When they were betrothed, they were truly happy...until Vitani's daughter, Zahira, wrecked the life of the young lioness. She stole Akobi away, pretending to be a good and kind lioness, but all she wanted was to worm her way into the Pride Lands to kill Simba. But then, Zahira really did fall for him. When Latiya was arguing with Vitani one day, Vitani revealed her daughter had had a cub with Latiya's former mate. This made her furious, and swear revenge on the lion that broke her heart, Zahira, and the young cub, who she later found out was named Chidi. Everything was alright for a while, until Zahira killed Simba. This made Latiya even more angry with Akobi's little family, but what she didn't know was Akobi was regretting mating with Zahira when he found out how evil she was. Zahira had made him leave with Chidi, and both the lions were never seen again. When Zahira's life was finally ended by Kovu, the new king, Latiya became happier than she had been. But she was still upset for her lost mate. Now, Latiya isn't her normal self. She still vows to get revenge for having her heart broken, but she doesn't want to do anything too harsh.
