Bio: Tanglemane had a crush on Sarafina when he was younger. When he was an adult, he came to revisit Sarafina, who was miserable, as she was pregnant with the cub of Taka, now known as Scar, and the one she chose to reject him for. Tanglemane would check in with her often until she gave birth to the cub she named Mheetu. Sarafina tried to convince Tanglemane to stay with her, because she saw now that she really loved him. But Tanglemane said he had a mate and a cub now, and couldn't. Sarafina managed to convince him to stay with her one night, but the next morning, he left, and Sarafina was pregnant.

Sarafina soon gave birth to a son, Lengo, and tried to convince Scar the cub was his. Scar had his suspicions, but let the cub live anyways. Lengo grew up alongside his half brother Mheetu and his older half sister Nala. Sarafina told Lengo that Scar was not his father, but to keep it secret.

After Nala returned with a mysterious lion named Simba, who overthrew Scar and took the throne, Lengo was happy to see some of the older pride members who had left return. One of them caught his eye. A blue eyed caramel colored lion who told him his name was Tojo.

Tojo and Lengo became very close, Tojo told him about how he had been a childhood friend of Simba's and had taken care of some orphaned birds. He said that he had always secretly been... in love with Simba. But he knew it would never be. Then he broke down crying, and Lengo comforted him. There was something about Tojo that Lengo found.... nice. Over time, Tojo's internal wounds healed, and something was growing between the two. Something more than friendship. "Will you be my mate?" asked Tojo. "I will." said Lengo.
