Personalitly: Malaika is pretty much a spitting image of her mother in personality wise that is but looks almost exactly like her father. Malaika is a head strong tough always working kind of girl she rarely finds the time to relax and have fun not that she would even if she had the time. She wants to prove to her father and mother that she would make a great leader to rule they're pride when the time came. Malaika is a nice girl but she takes her duties way to seriously and hates to lag or slack off in her jobs. Malaika is a strong and hard worker who always puts her feelings last but never stops to help her family when they need it. She has a soft spot for her youngest brother Mchumba.

She is a delicate girl but many find her cold and hard because of her working like ways and she even sometimes has a unecessary attitude with snapping at others but that is only cause she pushes herself too hard and stresses herself out she even forgets to eat from time to time but her little brother keeps her healthy. She knows it takes more then a leader to rely on it takes more then just leading to control a pride it takes brains and speed too which is what she relies on her brother for or at least the brain portion. Malaika is normally out and about looking over the lands and pride making sure everything is safe and sound.

History: Ever since Malaika can remember she's always wanted to be like her mother a loyal respected leader, she idolized her mother ever since she could walk and talk she had tried to copy her mother in everything from running, hunting to pouncing and giving orders only the elder lionesses never took her seriously so she would use her brothers and sisters as her pride members. Malaika did whatever she could to get her mother and father's attention and prove to them that she would be a wonderful leader for they're pride. As she grew up she found she was pushing herself to meet expectations that were far out of her reach ones that parents hadn't even gotten too but kept pushing herself none the less. Malaika is incredibly protective towards her younger brother Mchumba mainly because he was constantly teased as he grew up because he looked odd out of his siblings.

What they never stopped to figure out was that her brother was incredibly intelligent and none never stopped to look or even think it through in her eyes but she used her brothers smarts to help her during hunting lessons and they came in with quite an amount of prey during that year they had grown to teens. She loves and relies on her brother to help her as much as possible which is the same for young Mchumba who depends on her to make him feel better about himself.
