History: (from Marra's point of view.)

     If you would like to know my story, i will gladly tell it. I may be long, but what can you say, i am old. Anyway, first i shall start off with a little back story, I am Marra, i was born in the humble PrideLands and raised by my wonderful parents Kovu and Kiara.

   Now let us begin, i was born on a bright sunny day, my mother said i was a curious cub, and i can believe it. As i grew into a full grown cub, my curiosity grew. My father, Kovu, took me on walks, told me about his life and the circle of life, but my favorite topic was when we talked anout how i was future king.

 Sadly, i let my curiousity get the best of me, i went into the Forbidened Lands, The Outlands. It was a scary place, i was so used to the sun and long grasses, but i realized that lions did truly wander there. My mother, father, grandfather, and grandmother told me about the time where all the outlanders and pridelanders joined together. but some of those outlanders were to loyal to accept the offer. Therefore, some lions kept to the OutLands.

     I searched around, looking for some place to rest, my paws were aching with exhaustion from walking. I finally found a rock under a some-what shady tree and layed down. Then, i heard a rustle in the grass i looked up a saw a young lionesses. She was beautiful, simply breathe taking. She looked startled, her eyes were wide as if she was a zebra and i was the hunter. I looked at her skinny body and nose and realized i was face-to-face with a true OutLander.

    I told her there was nothing to be afraid of, that she was in no sort of harm. She slowly approached me and sat beside me. I asked her for her name and she simply said Vatilina. We sat and talked for a moment and without a sound a huge lioness leaped from behind. She striked me with her paw and i went flying. She growled and asked for my name, i told her, but why? Why did i have to tell her.... Anyway, i was suprised to know that my grandfather, Simba had sent out a search party and they found me. Kovu stepped infront of me and thats all i remember, other then the roars and claws, and a little blood.

  I was punished, i couldn't leave Pride Rock for a week. I found stuff to do, but the lion who seemed most angry was Simba. He glared and never talked to me for the week of my punishment, he just mumbled to himself and went to talk to my parents. After my punishment he started to talk to me again. My younger brother, Dante, teased me when i was punished however.

  Next, i couldn't help, but see Vatilina, she was so nice. She told me how she trained day and night and that her parents were loyal out landers. I knew she didn't like it from the looks she made and the tone in her voice. I snuck out every day to see her, but soon my family grew suspicious. Simba however, guessed that i was visiting Vatilina and he was right. I tried to avoid anyone from truly knowing, but when i grew to be a teenager, i had kept it secret long enough. I was exiled by Simba, he thought i was going to turn into Scar, that i was loyal to the Outlands. I then went to the to the Outlands and begged Vatilina to come with me to the jungle.She accepted.

 We lived together in the jungle for about 6 months. We went to the border of the PrideLands, but didn't dare to go in. One day we were walking and we saw the pridelanders and outlanders. War... I was a young adult then and we went to fight. I didn't fight, i was to shocked. Dante, my loyal brother was with the outlanders. It seemed that while i was gone, Dante turned evil.. I spoke, i said that this was all wrong and attacked Dante. He started, it, he was saying smart remarks about me and my family. I soon killed him. I hated that. I never knew that i would come to that. But that however gained the trust of my Pride again. Vatilina's mother was extremely mad and demanded her to return, but she refused and we annouced we were now mates. We then later had 3 cubs, first Yama and Janey, then later on we had Rafa.

   I live in Pridelands again now, Simba has retired from being king, and Nala sadly passed away, to join the Great Queens. I am now waiting my turn for ruler, but it will come. I know it will.
