ADOPTED FROM CLAIRE COOPER
Name: Mkali (meaning 'fierce')
Siblings: Kwende
Mate: Betrothed to Sumai
Cubs: None
Pride of Origin: Pridelanders
Personality: Despite the meaning of her name, Mkali is quite an even-tempered and diplomatic lioness. She always looks for compromises and tries to make everything run as smoothly as possible, something prized in a future ruler. She does however look down on her elder brother for his reckless and fun-loving attitude, being the more serious of the two. Thanfully, she seems willing to put up with him and his antics for the most part.
History: Kiara's pregnancy came a very inoppertune time for the Pridelanders. On the cusp of war with the Jabali Pride, the pregnancy seemed to give the Pridelanders some hope that maybe the future may not be as bleak as it seemed, Kiara's twin cubs were born, possibly as a sign for the future, on the day that the Jabali Pride agreed to stand down and stop fighting.
Mkali was the younger twin and always very serious compared to her playful brother. It gives Kiara some concerns about her but nothing has happened as of yet that gave her any real reason to worry.

They'd be great for these two and any cousins they may have. XD Don't
worry, since Mkali is the younger cub and not Kwende then by rights HE
should be king over her. So no issue! As for Robert...Tanabi/Amara

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Dekka and Chike are the ultimate

Stannis to Kwende's Renly (only less tragedy involved) |

I'm sure it'll be great C: And yeeeees. And since she and Chike can't
have cubs on their own, Mkali and her brother would be an interesting
substitute for it. EVERYONE WINS! |

No, it's fine. I just hope the design for her brother goes down just
as well seeing it's all my own. But yeah, that would be very adorable
with Dekka being protective of them. Plus, it would show how much
she's grown seeing as she is able to put the past behind her for
Kiara's happiness. |

Ah, oops, I'm sorry ^^; And that's what I was thinking too! Like she
may be initially distant because of all that happened between her and
Kiara, buuut she would end up growing somewhat fond of the cubs. Like
in an overprotective bodyguard-big sister kind of way. |

Thanks but I can't take the credit for this one. This is all Claire's
doing ^^ I just thought she looked like a really great mix of Kovu and
Kiara's genes. The first reaction, if I had to guess, wouldn't be a
very good one but I imagine she might come around eventually...maybe
she'd even grow fond of the cubs? |

Aww, I like her design, Nama! A much more refreshing look for a
Kovu/Kiara cub since I find the majority of them run on the same
concept of dark for Kovu, light for Kiara, and this being a more even
tone between the two. I know at this point Dekka wouldn't be in love
with Kiara anymore, but I wonder just how well she'd react to the
cubs? |
