Personality: Ngosi is the more serious type of lions, he doesn't talk much and when he does it's usually something very deep or wise and smart. If made mad, he can become very aggressive and it's better only to catch him on a good day. All though he can be rather unpredictable, Ngosi has a soft side for cubs and feels somewhat protectice towards them for some reason, which is why the pride lionesses often leave him in charge with them while they go hunting, because they know he'd never lay a paw on the cubs. Ngosi loves his mother more than anything in the world, and she is propably the only one he shows true affection and isn't afraid to "cuddle" with every now and then. He will also defend his home pride to the death if needed and lets no one harm anyone in it.

History: Ngosi was the result of Kiara being assaulted by the rogue, known by the name of Tanglemane who tried to take over the Pride lands not long after Kiara and Kovu had taken the throne. He caught Kiara by surprise one morning when she left Pride Rock for her morning walk, and forced himself on her, trying to get her to also become his queen. Fortunately Kovu happened to see everything, and rushed to his mate's help fighting the intruding rogue off. But what was not so fortunate, was that Kiara had already got pregnant with Tanglemane's cub. She was heartbroken when she found out, and feared Kovu would leave her, but he said he'd stand by her side and that he would raise the cub as his own, and that they'd never tell the cub about it's real father. Some time later Kiara finally gave birth to a beautiful and healthy male cub, who looked pretty much like her. He was named Ngosi, and he grew up believing Kovu was indeed his father, he loved going on long walks with him and hearing him tell stories about the great kings. As a cub Ngosi was a real mommy's boy too, and this didn't change too much as he grew older. Finally, when he'd reached adulthood, Ngosi had for some reason changed into a more serious and quiet lion, and even quite aggressive when he got angry. Kiara was a little worried, but after she noticed his love for his family hadn't changed at all, she was relieved and later he was made the babysitter of the pride, because his parents had noticed him being very good with cubs and the cubs loving to spend time with him as well.
