Personality: Disrespectful, sly, smug, 'snaky', observant, critical, quiet, mature and morbid. Since his father's death he's rather caring, open minded, quiet still, protective, out of touch with his emotions, laid back, humourous and mentally twisted (Poorly effected by his father's actions)

History: Obi was never really the one to like his father from a young age. Given how his uncle Mufasa told him of the dark things his dad had done. So he led his sister along to more or less avoid their father. This led to them becoming closer to the king of pride rock over his lesser brother. But Obi was drawn in to give him father a chance when promised the chance to be heir to the throne. Although he lacked interest in the idea he went along with it out of some pity. He felt bad for his dad wanting to make such a big promise to, in his view, gain his admiration. Following this Obi didn't really socialise with his sister who stuck around Mufasa. Yet Obi did form a strong friendship with Nala who he viwed as a second sister. Even so when the story of Mufasa's death came to light and Simba fled something snapped inside of Obi. How could his cousin kill such a greatious king? From this anger he completely disowned Simba and promised his dad that he'd be a better hier. A prince who wouldn't try to shove his dad off a cliff. When this shift occured his sister grouped herself with the lionesses and all of Obi's friends looked on in confusion. The once sweet cub became more and more like his dark father. Never the less, as the hyenas come in Obi despised how much they hunted and although he wanted to tell his dad he was weirdly locked in a state of silence. He didn't want to seem as bad a son as Simba. Soon enough he was given the task of patrolling the territory to only see a familar lion running in to the savannah. Seeing Simba, who he suspected to be Mufasa, he ran back to his father both offended and hurt. Acusing his father of lying he faced Scar's wrath and was soon dealt four scars down his cheek. But just before he could get his own back Simba caused havok. Watching on the lion learnt of Scar killing Mufasa as wel as manipulating him himself. So Obi didn't defend his father when he was attacked and instead helped fight off the hyenas. By the end of the battle he welcomed back the rightful king and held back the goings on between him and his dad. Since that day he's become fairly quiet and remains with his sister helping those in priderock best he could to make up for his past views and actions. (More may be added)
