Personality: Calm and collected, yet has a big funny bone, and likes to joke around, but only when she feels it is appropriate. Her joints are rather weak, so she spends most of her time just laying around.

Bio: Pendo was born in a litter of three, alongside Kuchimba (Digger's real name) and Waridi, when Nala had a fling with Ni during Scar's reign. Ni was feeling guilty, because his eyes were on Nala's friend Kula. Nala knew she couldn't keep the cubs while Scar was in power, so Ni willingly took them under his paw.

When news that Nala's childhood friend Simba had returned and fallen in love with her, it made Ni feel better. Kula would come by to visit Ni often, and soon they were in love too. One of the cubs, Kuchimba, wasn't too happy about this, and thought her mom would get hurt by this union. She rebelled against her father and her sisters, running away, refusing to accept it all. She finally ran into the forbidden Outlands, where she made a new friend in Dotty and her sister Spotty. She was given the nickname Digger and accepted into the Outlands.

Pendo and Waridi grew up together, and when they were grown, they joined the Pridelands. Pendo often went to Rafiki seeking health advice because she had been born with weak joints, and they were affecting her walking. Rafiki used all sorts of medicinal herbs, which did help a little, but Pendo couldn't hunt on her own with her condition. Soon her half sister Kiara fell in love with an outlander, Kovu, and the other outlanders joined the Pridelands. Kuchimba (Digger) also returned and apologized for everything.

Pretty soon, she and Waridi and Digger becames aunts to two beautiful cubs, Aminifu and Bidii.
