History: Ruto was afellow Pridelander. He had never expected that he would ever leave tHe Pridlenads. When he was a young adult, he emt a lioness called Leah and fell in love with her. He was gutted to know she was pregnant with anotehr male. This "other male" happened to be an outlander rogue, who Simba hated. So, as punishment, Simba exiled Leah. Ruto was furious,, and had a huge row with Simba, where, he too, ended up being banished. Ruto tried to follwo Leah, but soon she had vanished, the male with her.

one day, Ruto saw Leah! He was overjoyed, and ran to her happily. Leah grew feelings for him,a nd soon Ruto became a loyal stepfather to the cubs.
