Appearance:

Pelt: A dark, gold-brown-gray color with a lighter underbelly and strangely no eye markings (the missing eye markings were a mistake, but he looked good with and without them either way, so I left it alone)

Eyes: Goldish-orange

Mane: Dark gray-brown (not full grown)

History:

Cub: Shahidi is born to his mother, Mandrake, and an unknown sire. He was born shortly before Kiara became a teen (or young adult, it depends). He was very quiet as a cub and still remains very quiet today. He is also very cautious and will not hesitate to attack, thhough he hesistates most of the time because of it. Not much else is known about his childhood. Though he was known to be quite rebellious when beginning  to break out of his bubble.

Teen: His current stage of life. He left his pride when he became a teen, being uncomfortable around the amount of lioness around him, he needed a new pride with some more males to keep him company. (He would have been a daddy's boy if his sire stayed in the pride and Shahidi knew him). Like most teens, they tend to cause trouble, he doesn't most of the time but when he does it's life-threatening. He was on a hunt, as he was taught before he left, he was hunting his target when the biggest of the herd charged at him. He thought he was doomed, when suddenly a lioness appeared out of the random blue. She got hold of Shahidi and pushed him out of the way. Before he could thank her, she was gone.

The lioness and Shahidi are good friend's now. They will be mates soon, when they are old enough. That lioness' name is Aya.
