Personality: Shasta is an independant female with a love for fun. She can come off as very hyperactive and is very talkative. Once she has befriended someone she refuses to leave their side, which can either be seen as very sweet or highly annoying.

History: Shasta was born to a rogue female, her father had abandoned her mother when he discovered she was pregnant, and so Shasta was raised on the savannah with only her mother. She grew up strong and independant although she began to yearn for other company, she knew no other lions her own age.

Eventually she and her mother came upon a pride willing to accept them both. So Shasta and stayed most of her cubhood with the pride and when she was a young teenager she left for adventures of her own.

Shasta met Firion when he inadventantly saved her from a pack of hungry hyenas. She had made a kill and the hyeans tried to snatch it from her, because of her youth and inexperience, she thought that trying to fight them off was a good idea. She was almost beaten when Firion stepped in and saved her. Thankful for the rescue, she offered him half the carcass and stayed with him ever since.

The more time she spent with Firion, the more she began to crush on him even though he was almost fully grown and she was still in her 'teenage' years.
