Story: Vijana was born in the Outlands. Her mother was a good friend of Alaka and joined the Pride with her mate while she was pregnant with Vijana. Sadly Vijana's father died a few days before she was born, her mother was heart-broken and had to take care of Vijana by herself. Her mother ended up naming her Vijana which was what her father wanted to name her but she also called her by the nickname Jana.

As she became a cub her mother would give her lessons to one day be a fighter when she was older. Vijana never really liked the training but she went anyway. Ahe also became friends with Alaka's son Naboka who was being trained to one day kill Simba, Kovu and Kopa and become King of the Pridelands.

One day Vijana was spending time with Naboka and Alaka while her mother was out hunting. She noticed that Alaka noticed a female cub Naka. Vijana became really close friends with Naka and Naka even gave Vijana a nickname which was different then what her mother would call her which was Vi. Vi tried to make a nickname for Naka but Naka told her to just call her Naka. The two friends also made a promise, they promised that they will be best friends forever no matter what and they will always stick together.

The promise went on for a very long time. They were adults when Naboka went to the Pridelands. It ended the same way when Zira tried to get Kovu to kill Simba, Naboka fell in love with a Princess, there was war and Alaka died, but only other thing is Naboka had killed Simba some time before the war. All the lionesses apart of Alaka's Pride joined the Pridelands expect for Vijana, Naka and Vijana's mother because she had died in the war. Vijana was going to join the Pridelanders when she saw Naka sitting on the edge of the cliff where Alaka and Zira fell from, she watched how Naka cried and remebered the promise that they had made when they first became friends. So she walked over to the cring Naka and sat down next to her.

"Shouldn't you be with the other Pridelanders?" Naka asked Vijana

"No, because I'll never break our promise," Vijana told Naka "plus I know how you feel."

"What? How do you know how I feel?" Naka finally looked at Vijana

"Well for starters we both don't know or fathers, you lost your mother, then you met Alaka and she was like a mother to you, then you lost her too, I have lost my mother in that war. Then we both feel betrayed that Naboka fell in love with a Princess and went to live with her in the Pridelands." Vijana said

"You know what you're right!" I'm not gonna betray my family like Naboka and Kovu did. I'm gonna follow in Nuka and Scar's pawprints!" Naka finally said trying not to cry

"I know you will" Vijana said as she sat next to the crying Naka

Soon Naka started her own Pride and Vijana joined. Naka thought that one day she will defeat the Pridelands, surely she would. Vijana helped Naka find more members for the Pride and helped Naka while she gave birth.

But the saddest thing is, Naka wasn't able to do what she wanted. Naka had mated with someone and gave birth to two female cubs, and had never find anyone else to love and to be her mate for her first mate had died. Vijana tried to help Naka find a new mate and she also helped with raising the cubs.
