Name: Amini
Meaning: Believe/hope
Likes: Summer, hunting, flirting, infants
Dislikes: Her dark fur and blue eyes, lionesses that flirt with Jameal.
Appearance: She has chocolaty brown fur and light blue eyes. They look like saphires in the moonlight night. She has dated many males and broken many hearts.
Personality: Amini is a sweet little cub who doesn't only concentrate on males. She likes helping out with the pride, taking care of the little ones and helping the lionesses hunt. She enjoys painting with Rafiki in her spare time, and visiting Jamael.
History: Amini lost her mother as a teenager, due to a unidentified sickness. She was cold and secluded herself from the pride after this. She was never the same. There was a hole in her heart, a hole that could never be replaced. Her mother would never calm her down when she had nightmares of her father killing her brother. Never again would she caress her cheek to say it was all alright. No, her mother was gone for good. Jamael, her best friend, sensed these changes, and tried to talk to her. She pulled away from his touch. One night, he saw her out on the fields, gazing at the stars. As he approached her, he heard her crying.

"Hey......" Jamael tried. "Go away!" Amini answered. "I want to be alone." Jamael protested. "But why? I'm sorry your mother died, but there's nothing we can do. You know, my father Kovu, the King, died too. I still remember him, but I just need to look inside myself, he'll always be in my heart. And so is your mother." Jamael told her. "Kovu died?" Amini asked, glancing at him through her tears. "Yes. And my grandfather says he's in those stars, watching over me." Jamael told her, gazing up. Amini looked at him. "The stars always make me feel a little better. I don't know of a thing that's more pretty than them." She told him. Jamael smiled at her. " I'm looking at the brightest star of them all, the one that keeps the fire in my heart lit. This one is ten times more beautiful." Amini blushed. After that night, Jamael kept visiting her, and Amini soon put the sadness behind her. She became pregnant, and had two cubs. One male, and the other female. Jamael and her always stargazed after that, never a tradition to be broken.

Oh and her name is Hapenda because she always felt like no one would ever love her XD
