This is a gender swap contest, yes, but it’s also a bit different. It’s also a drawing contest. That means no bases allowed. Now it’s not just where whoever has the best looking idea wins. It’s the best drawing of part of the movie where characters are different genders. Example, Queen Mufasa could with Princess Simba on pride rock telling her that everything the light touches will be hers. 
All characters are in their same original places. Just it’s not about a king, it’s about Simba, who is now a female. Nala would still be Simba’s best friend, but a boy. Sarabi would be the king, but not as main as Queen Mufasa. Scar could be Mufasa’s sister who wishes to be queen. 

Shenzi, Banzai and Ed’s genders should not be changed. It’s up to you if Rafiki, Zazu, Timon and Pumbaa should all be females. Sarafina and other lionesses will stay lionesses.

Rules
1. Only drawings from the first movie
2. No images
3. Do not change the hyena’s genders
4. Do not just draw some lions. It has to be a part of the movie
5. Only canon characters, no sub-canon or fan chars
6. Characters must stay in their places
7. If you join, be sure to add an entry

I may not be able to draw the right shapes that renders of screen shots from the original movie have, and it's a pain for me to do a drawing as it takes long. So, I guess I was lazy

Okay not to poke at your contest or anything but you said no bases and such allowed.. technically even as a reference or an example you just broke your own rule by posting up bases and linearts.. Not trying to be rude but a lot of people have talent in the rendering area when it comes to changing genders but regardless of the fact you still broke your own rule by posting bases why not post a drawing of your example instead of posting linearts ?

Lionlion111, you can scan or draw on the computer Aiyana-Kopa, A problem with hyenas is that the leader is a female. So if Shenzi is changed to be male, then it wouldn't be realistic. You can do male Sarafina if you have to Rachelisme, You should draw the backround, and thank you for the entry
