I'm not sure what you are implying, but no, we don't see them grow up bit by bit, or see much of their progress while growing up. Nor do we see them during their teen years (if you don't count their appearance in TLG). We see them as cubs for a short time (only a single day during their cub hood) and then we see them as adults.

Wait, I have not seen the movie yet. Is there literally no passage of time between Kiara and Kovu being cubs, then young adults/teens?
