The Southern Pride Project

   The Pridelands was the first founded Pride, which means there are others after it too. There is the Western Pride, the Southern Pride, the Eastern Pride, and the Northern Pride. I'm just going to be focused on the Southern Pride.

   Now, the Southern Pride was founded by a lion named Kondo, a lion who was born around the time of Mohatu's great-great grandfather. And from then on, the Southern Pride's members grew. The timeline is around Kiara and Kovu's reign right now. 

   The leader is not open right now, but his mate his. There will be no other male lion's exept two that defend the territory. The king is named Chaka, and he has no queen. In realistic life, there is only one male lion in a lion pride, but I've decided to make an exeption. Chaka, since he has no queen, will be mating with other lioness inside the Southern Pride.

    Rules of the Southern Pride:

   You are not allowed to mate with a rouge, or any lions from outside the Pride. If you do, you are banned from the Southern Pride.

   The king is allowed to choose who he mates with, whether the female likes it or not.

   All the cubs in the Pride are the king's or the guard lion's cubs, so there will be no taking in stranger cubs, rouges cubs, etc.

   If you disobey any one of these rules, you are banned from the Southern Pride.   

   Rules:

   You are allowed to break any one of those rules up top when you do your bio or character; just be warned, you're probably not going to stay in this Pride for too long.

   Do not steal or do a sparkle character with too many designs.

   Be creative!

   Please credit the bases you use in the image you send of your character, or in the comments.

   Your allowed to make different animals. For example, you can make a healer baboon, a hyena who just wanders around the Pride's borders, a cheetah who wanders around the Pride's borders, etc.

   Leader: Chaka (Me)

   Supervisor (1): Akiki (Wild Wind)

   Healer (1): Hodari (Me)

   High Ranked Maters (3) (Females Only): Akiki (Wild Wind) OPEN

   Gaurd Lions (2) (Males Only): OPEN

   Maters (Females Only): OPEN

   Cub-Sitters (Female's Only): Roni (Anna Annderson) OPEN

   Cubs (Both Gender):OPEN

   Hunters: (Females Only): OPEN

   Elders (Both Gender): OPEN

   About the rankings:

   Leader: The leader is the one who controls the Pride and sets the laws. He is supervised by his healer, and sometimes his supervisor.

   Supervisor: High in rank, the Supervisor is not there to supervise: she is simply there because she is one of the best High Ranked Maters in the bunch, and the king has most of the cubs with her.

   Healer: 90% of the time it's a baboon, but it is possible it could be lioness. This lioness is forbidden to mate with the king, or produce any cubs with him or the guard lions.

   High Ranked Maters: This is always the girls. They are his favorite, and he'll have more cubs with them then with the Maters, but he'll have the most cubs with his Supervisor.

   Guard Lions: The Guard Lions are only there to defend the Pride. They're limit on cubs is 5, and the only one's allowed to mate with them is the Maters.

   Maters: The Maters are simply there to be pretty. They try to impress the king, but they will learn fighting moves from the Gaurd Lions when they are on the verge of war, which is not often.

   Cub-Sitters: The Cub-Sitters as you might have guessed, cub-sitted the cubs. They also teach them respect, for no one wants a cub who is rude. The Cub-Sitters, you could say, don't produce the cubs, but is a mother to all of them. The Maters throw them away to the Cub-Sitters, and continue to have more cubs with the king.

   Cubs: They're never taken care of by their real mother: their almost always taken care of by the Cub-Sitters. If they are boys, they grow up to find their own Pride to rule. If they are girls, they stay with the Pride.

   Huntress: The hunters hunt for the Pride. They are unable to mate with the king or guard lions.

   Elders: These are probably the most important one of the rankings. They are respected, and well cared for. The elders can be called as a second deputy to the king.

   Prizes:

   Whoever gets into the Supervisor posistion will get a fan image or fan art request of whatever they want.

   I will also be writing a fanfic of the pride's history when all the rankings are filled!
