I want to know some good sites to make videos and then post them here but i cant dowload and i dont have a windows movie maker. I want it to be for free because i cant pay for it so please i can register but without dowloads and so i can save it to my computer. Somebody answer my question!

I don't think there is anywhere where you can make videos for free, to my knowledge ><
YouTube is your best bet, but you do need Windows Movie Maker for that; normally a Windows computer will have this software for free anyway
Come to think of it, the official Microsoft site should have something on the matter, I'll check and get back to you :D
