Is Mufasa suppose to know that Scar is evil? And the Hyenas work for him?

Mufasa did not know his brother was evil. And he did not know about hyenas either. He only knew that Scar is jealous, because Scar wanted to be king, but never was before Mufasas death.

NO ,Mufasa trusted his brother ,and so only until the end of his life he saw Scars true eveul ,but when he was younger and when they were cubs Mufasa saw fro a certain moment when Scar changed ,good or bad Mufasa new nothing about the hyena's
