I only have paint on my laptop and I don't know how to include special effect. HELP!

It's hard to do special effects on Paint. But perhaps you can make a collage? Just crop pictures together..
If you want, a very good site for good effects and what not is Lunapic.com. (:
Just upload a picture to it, and have fun!
