I've been on here for a while, but I'm still unsure how selection of the week images get chosen, and why.

Because sometimes, they're really detailed images, with blending and text and stuff, but then the next week a really, really simple and plain image will get chosen. What do the mods look for?

Sorry if its confusing, I just want help :S

I myself look for the most rencent examples (from rencent months and eventually one or two monts before if there aren't any good images to feature). And just nicely done, complete images that can be both simple (able to do by less skilled members) or more complicated. Images that show some editing skills and drawings colored (unless it's detailed b&w image) and in good quality.

I know they must have characters, but what exactly do you ,like about the image? Are there certain elements they have?

we pick what we like, the only thing that images have to have is Official characters
