Hemsa's Memory

Having passed on from the only life she had ever known, Hemsa was rather confused when she found herself able to see. Looking down, she felt.....nothing. And yet she remembered everything. Everything that had happened to her, and everything she had done. Her memory remained, alongside a curiosity that burned with eagerness as she looked on and watched all the lions and lionesses she had ever known learn of her passing, and their actions after the fact. She wished they would only look up and see that she was still here. She lived in them. In their memory of her.
