Personality : She is an hipie who believes in peace and love. Ditzy and crazy , Phoebe is a dirty talker and the most toughtest dogs you will ever see but she have a kind heart too

Likes : Her bandana and a peace necklace , Rita's gang , any friend of Rita's  Oliver , , boys , New York City , stealing food and puppies and singing (Phoebe is not a good singer , her voice is bad in singing) and playing her guitar and making friends

Dislikes : Spoiled and prissy Poochs , Being caugth by someone , when humans wants to chain her , being adopted , Geogette (spoiled and prissy) and mean dogs ,  mean cats and mean humans.

Story : When Phoebe was a pup her parents killed themselves beacuse they didn't know what to do with her. So little Phoebe was all alone and met another pup named Rita , she was a good friends of her and the two always supported eachother. Years passed and Teen  Rita showed  Teenage Phoebe her new gang with Dodger her boyfriend , Phoebe was happy that Rita has a gang but poor Phoebe was alone but she still visited the gang , and she began to live in the streets of New york. Two more years passed and Phoebe was a young adult and she loved her life but she missed her only friend Rita but she needed a boyfriend, will Phoebe will find her soul? Then she found her soul Harvey and two had crush and they became mates soon.

Why she is realted to OAC : Knows Rita since they were pups and she is like a sister and a family to Phoebe
