Personality: Like his father, his is slick, sly, and can get anyone to do anything he wants. He can be a bit skeptical on house pets, but will eventually become great friends with them, and tries not to pressure them to ditch their house and join him on the streets. Persuasive, he uses his powers to get food, and sometimes to get others to do his work when he doesn't want to. A trouble maker, he brings trouble wherever he goes, and it follows him like a shadow.

History: He was born to Dodger in Rita on the streets. He was brought up to be street-smart, learning from his father and Tito. When he was a pup, his mother wouldn't let him out alone, in case he got lost. In defiance, he snuck out, and ended up almost getting run over by a car, but luckily, Dodger found him, and rescued him quickly. After that, his mother kept an especially close eye on him. As he grew, he became more and more like his father, becoming street-wise, knowing where to go and how to find good food. Sometimes, he would get too lazy to find the food for the day, and ask someone else to do it. They always said no, but he persuaded them to. One day, when he was out, looking for trouble, he saw a small, orange cat. He quickly took chase, until he cornered the cat. Dodger, appeared, saying that the cat was a friend, and Max reluctantly let him go.

One day, he was strolling through the park, going for a swim, when a beautiful female dog showed up, which made Max interested. He followed her and her master throughout the park, and sat nearby when her master stopped to eat lunch. Soon, she was brought to the dog park, his big break to meet her. Since most dogs knew who he was, when he entered, they all stopped in their tracks, and watched him strut by, right up to the female. Of course, she didn't really want him to crush on her, but he soon pretended to be a 'romantic guy' which was fortunate for him, as he was a good acter. Soon, he became friends with this female named Bianca, and talked to her constanty. One day, when he followed her home, he came across one of her neighbors, a poodle named Georgette. He instantly fell in love with her, but she showed disdain for mutts and strays, which made him pretty interested in her, as he wanted what he couldn't have. Later though, he realized that she was just a stuck up brat, and he lost interest. Bianca was too, and he constantly reminded her that he was free and she wasn't. When they became friends, he lowered it down, and just joked about it from then on. Just to annoy her, he would roll in the mud before he went to meet her. They were best buddies, until soon, he began to try and win her heart. She only showed little interest, but he knew it was more than that.
