Personality: She's a very diplomatic dog, knowing much about the government and political bodies. She seems to be the only one out of her siblings who cares about what goes on in New York, and is always looking for new news. She has a calm personality, and is one of the more disciplined ones of the group. She tends to be mature and strict, and not really one to let loose and have fun. But, if she is with her siblings and such, she can act a bit happy. She questions everything, and always thinks ahead. She's pretty smart and knowledgable, able to use her street smarts and such to get out of sticky situations.

History: Vice is one of the oldest born to Dodger and Rita. Ever since birth she's been serious and uptight, knowing about the dangers of the world after she almost got run over and was attacked by dogs. The group recued her, but it had traumatized her into staying away from certain parts of the city. Eventually, after flipping through the tv channels, she found the news and settled down to watch. After that, she became extremely interested in politics and the government. Now, she left the boat to find food and some news papers, always curious about what was going on. She often tried to keep order between her siblings, especially Jeter and Max, since Max often teased Jeter for living with humans. She also didn't approve of her sister Shawn exploring the city on her own, as she knew how dangerous it could be.
