History: On a normal day, Jackie was captured by an eagle named Romano, a bird bounty hunter looking for Blu and Jewel. Jackie had no idea who Blu and Jewel were, and in turn was beaten and discarded in the forest. Jackie, confused and hurt, made her way through the forest to the Blu Bird Sanctuary, where she curled up and slept under some leaves. Instead of sleepin, although, she slipped into unconsciousness.

Jackie awoke in the building, being tended to by Linda. Suffering from amnesia, she stayed there for a few weeks and came to know Tulio and the others. Once she, Blu, and Jewel became friends, her memory began to work again. She tried to warn them of Romano, but they dismissed the idea.

Blue and Jewel took a nighttime flight later on, and Pedro and Nico hurriedly reported to the Sanctuary that they had disappeared. Jackie took off immediately, accompanied by the two birds.
