Rio 2 will be coming to theaters Spring 2014, just in time for the soccer World Cup held in Rio de Janeiro. As we're currently lacking much updates on it, this is a news to ask for your opinions on it. What do YOU think the movie will be about? Are you looking forward to it? Anything you hope is different - or the same - as the first film?

Just because it's always the way, it going to have something to do
with little Blu and Jewel babies, which may be a little inconvenient,
because I'm sure a lot of us (including me) have made our own versions
of their chicks |

Moki - Their making the sequel more for the current even that will
occur in 2014. It can't be as bad as the Balto sequels |

I have a bad feeling this movie will just be a spinoff on their family
life or their kids or something. The movie doesn't need a sequel,
plain and simple. It was fantastic as it was, and they should have
just kept it that way. |

First movie was phenomenal, and a sequel to this movie sounds very
promising, especially if it's based around something that is very
important to the nation of Brazil making it be worth something in
return also. Cannot wait! |

I'm very positive about this and I am sure it will come out as
beautiful and well done as the original. I really am happy for such
news, and looking forward the movie, even if we still have to wait few
more years. |

I hope they put a good plot into this and make the story actually
escalate, unlike some sequels who just do it for the profit like Balto
2 and 3. I love that they are including a current event in the movie, giving it a bit more realism. |
