History:
Taffy was born at a ranch in Nevada. She was way to flightly though and threw everyone who attempted to ride her. The people who owned her said that if Kate could train her, she could have her. Kate trained her.
Taffy became a barrel racer at Nite Owl Stables. She was decent at the competition and she won a few mediocre barrel races. She eventually met Bulldog and the two were the perfect couple. Bulldog wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and Taffy was afraid of her own shadow.
