History

As a Foal

Yarran was born in a Indian village called Dakota. His mother was an American Paint horse and his father was a Quarter Horse. Yarrans father had just lost his previous mate, and his mother was sort of the rebound, but once they had Yarran they fell in love. Yarran had a half-sister called Mirri, who was one year older than him, and he spent most of his foal hood following her around.  

As a Teen

Yarran was the more sensible of him and his sister. He was always trying to keep her out of trouble, but soon she met a stallion and moved away. Yarran then decided to go out on his own, and try to find a mare that could later become his mate. He bid farewell to his parents and went out to travel

As an Adult

After about 2 years of aimlessly wandering Yarran found another Indian tribe known as the Lakota’s. Yarran liked this village as it reminded him of his home town. Also Lakota sort of sounded like Dakota to him. He decided to stay at this village. Here he met Atlanta. She was a beautiful flaxen mare who was covered in amazing colourful paint. She had two little foals who she had found on a plain called Whiskey and Arizona. Yarran would watch her play with the foals for ages, and fell in love with her. Eventually he got up the courage to talk to her…
